Shipping Policy

Shipping:

We currently only ship within the continental United States through this website. Please note that some products have restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to certain states.

When you place an order, we will give you an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your item and the shipping option you selected. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may be displayed on the shipping quote page.

Our delivery cut-off time is 12:30pm in PST. Any ground/air orders placed after our cut-off time will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not offer Saturday deliveries. See our terms and conditions for details on next day and next day air freight.

Large Orders

Any large orders shipped via freight (LTL) may take up to 4 business days to process before dispatch. Orders over 300 lbs. Or 20 cartons can be considered as a freight bill. Large orders cannot be shipped by air. If you need some products immediately, please call us to arrange split shipments.

Free shipping

From time to time we offer free shipping promotions. We're currently offering free shipping within the continental US on all orders over $109. We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders placed before 12:30pm PST will ship the same business day. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, which usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive.
